In the subcontinent there are still countless for whom the basic healthcare is either not affordable or not available and had to undergo untold suffering and pain. BSS through its selfless dedication and service has always stood beside these suffering people and carries out the following activities:

• Operating of three Homoeo dispensaries at three Ashram centres
• Organizing of Health Check-ups and distribution of essential medicines for the poor
• Organizing of Eye check-ups, Distribution of Spectacles and Eye operation camps
• Organizing of Blood donation camps
• Maintaining Health care centre with subsidised ECG, Ultrasonography, X-ray facility and pathology services
• Ambulance service with mobile Medicare at Ichhapur Ashram centre.
• Supply of emergency oxygen cylinder for critical patients
• Conducting Yoga training
